• Your name and email address when you join the waitlist or sign up, plus (if you tell us) your trade type and a short description of the job.
• The photos you upload so we can produce your cinematic before-and-after video.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address and pages viewed, collected via standard logs and analytics.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

We use your information only to:

• Create your video from the photos you upload and email the finished video to you.
• Reply to questions and provide customer support.
• Send you service updates and, where you've ticked the box, occasional marketing emails (you can opt out at any time).
• Operate, secure and improve the Service.
• Meet legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records).

Under UK GDPR our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (to deliver the video you asked for), consent (marketing emails), legitimate interests (running and improving the Service securely) and legal obligation.

Photos you upload are used to produce the video you requested. We do not sell your content. We will not use your photos or finished videos in our own marketing without your prior permission.

We share information only with trusted service providers needed to run the Service — for example hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics and payment processing — under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep your account details and uploaded photos while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and operational requirements. You can ask us to delete your photos, your account and your personal data at any time by emailing hello@thirdframeapp.com — we'll action verified requests within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@thirdframeapp.com and we'll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Your photos and personal data are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud bucket and database, encrypted in transit with TLS and protected by row-level security so they aren't publicly accessible. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take this seriously and use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
