Terms of Service

Third Frame turns photos you provide into cinematic before-and- after videos. Features, pricing and availability may change as the Service evolves.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transform Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We will not use Your Content in our own marketing without your permission.

You confirm that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or any applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
• Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service to mislead consumers about work you did not perform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals from your account at any time.

Paid plans start with an introductory first month charged at 99p today. This is not a free trial: your subscription starts immediately and gives you full access for the month. Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your plan then renews automatically at its standard monthly price. You can cancel at any time in one click from your account. The introductory price is limited to the first 50 subscribers, and we can change or withdraw introductory offers at any time.

Pro and Ultra plans include custom branding — your own logo, website and tagline on the end card of every video. Custom branding activates automatically from your first full monthly payment; there is currently no way to activate it earlier. During your first (99p) month, you can set up your logo, website and tagline in advance — it will apply automatically once your first full monthly payment goes through.

The Service, including its software, designs and branding, is owned by Third Frame and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or brand assets.

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Frame will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will let you know. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
